1OPTION 1 (Primary): PREHEAT CONVECTION OVEN TO 350 F. 1. BAKE IN SINGEL LAYER FOR 8-12 MINUTES CCP: INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MUST RECH 165 F. FOR 15 SECONDS
2OPTION 2: TEMPERATURE: 350 F DEEP FAT FRYER COOK FILLETS FROM THE FROZEN STATE, DO NOT THAW. 1. FRY FILLETS IN DEEP FAT (350 F) 4-7 MINUTES OR UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED TO 165F OR ABOVE FOR 15 SECONDS. 2. DRAIN IN BASKET OR ON ABSORBENT PAPER TO REMOVE EXCESS GREASE.
