Steps
Sequence Step
1Seed and chop the bell pepper. Drain, rinse and drain the white beans.
2In a large skillet, cook the beef until it is browned, 6 to 8 min. Drain off any fat. Add the bell pepper, undrained baked beans, drained white beans, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water to the meat. Season to taste and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring.
3Arrange the biscuits over the meat mixture to cover the skillet.
4Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the biscuits are cooked in the center (they will be like dumplings and will not brown), 12 to 15 min.
