Recipe Description Use Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas. Hatch Green Chile enchilda sauce. Use Jimmy Dean Sage pork sausage. Use 4 oz can of Hatch chopped green chiles. Use one medium size onion.

Steps
Sequence Step
1cook and drain sausage
2scramble eggs,adding onion,4 oz gchooped grean chiles and sausagee crumbles
3Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Add egg and sausage mixure to tortillas and roll tightly and put in pan. Pour Hatch green enchilda sauce over tortilla''s. Sprinkle shreed cheese over tortills''s.
4Bake in oven at 375 degree''s for 30 minutes.
5Serve as needed.
