PLACE ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS IN SEPARATE 2 INCH LONG BULLET PANS. 2. DICE MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES. PLACE MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES IN SEPARATE 2 INCH LONG BULLET PANS. 3. PLACE HAM AND SCHREDDED CHEESE IN SEPARATE 2 INCH LONG BULLET PANS. 4. PLACE ALL BULLET PANS ON ICED SALAD BAR. PLACE 4 OZ SOUFFLE CUPS ON SALAD BAR FOR DINER USE. 5. DINER SELECTS OMELET TOPPINGS AND PUTS IN SOUFFLE CUP. ONCE COMPLETE, DINER HANDS CUP TO COOK TO PUT INGREDIENTS INTO AN OMELET MADE TO ORDER.
