cupButter flavor shortening (Crisco)

tablespoonssalt

largeeggs

tablespooncider vinegar

cup (8 fl oz)ice cold water
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl,put flour and Crisco. Use pastry blender to blend until it is a small crumbly mix.
2Add salt and blend.
3Break the egg into a one cup measure, add vinegar and beat slightly.
4Add water and blend.
5Gradually add water mixture into the flour mixture. Mix with a dinner fork.
6When blended, use your hands to make a ball.
7Chill for an hour or more before rolling.
