Lite Mississippi Mud Pie




Lite Mississippi Mud Pie Crust
Ingredients

cup, choppedwalnut pieces,chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt Margarine
2Add flour and nut flour (ground nuts) and chopped nuts to melted margarine and mix together.
3Press this mixture into bottom of 9 inch by 13 inch pan.
4Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
5Cool for at least 15 minutes before filling.




Lite Mississippi Mud Pie Filling

cupsmilk, 1% with added vitamin A
Steps
Sequence Step
1Soften cream cheese and mix with Splenda (sucralose) until smooth.
2Add 6 oz of Sugar-free CoolWhip to the cram cheese mixture and fold until smooth. (This is 1/2 of a 12 oz (large) container.)
3Spread cream cheese/CoolWhip mixture over cooled crust.
4Mix packages of pudding together with 3 cups of milk until smooth...about 2 minutes
5Pour pudding mixture over the cream cheese/CoolWhip layer.
6Cover with remaining 6 oz of CoolWhip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. You may garnish with more nuts or chocolate curls or jimmies.
