| 1 | MEATS, CHEESES AND BREADS ARE IN DELI BAR. TOPPINGS ARE LOCATED ON SALAD BAR. (SLICED ONIONS, TOMATOES, ETC...)
FSW IS SET UP AT 30" TABLE BEFORE THE DELI BAR. THE WILL PUT TOGETHER THE SANDWICH BASED ON CUSTOMER REQUESTS:
1. DINER SELECTS THE BREAD, MEAT AND CHEESE FOR THEIR SANDWICH. (2 SLICES BREAD, UP TO 4
OUNCES OF MEAT AND 3 SLICES OF CHEESE.)
2. COMPLETED SADNWICH IS PRESENTED TO CUSTOMER WHO THEN GOES TO SALAD BAR TO PUT ON OTHER
AVAILABLE TOPPINGS.
***NOTE: REMEMBER THAT THE TOPPINGS FOR THE HAMBURGERS AND DELI BAR SHOULD BE ON THE SALAD BAR ON THIS DAY. |
