ounceslight cream cheese, softened

cups fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed

cup (8 fl oz)hot water

tablespoonINSTANT espresso GRANULES

tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)Instant No Fat Pudding Mix

cup, unsiftedsugar, powdered

package (14.5 oz)angelfood cake mix, fat free
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a medium bowl, combine cold water, vanilla pudding mix, and powdered sugar and stir with whisk. Chill 20 minutes.
2Add cream cheese to pudding mixture and beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Fold in whipped topping.
3In a small bowl, mix hot water and espresso.
4Slice angel cake into thin slices, appx. 1/2 inch thick and 4 inches long. Arrange slices in a glass bowl, covering the bottom of container. Drizzle cake with coffee mixture. Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture over the cake and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cocoa. Repeat layers, ending with cocoa.
5Cover and chill 4 hours or longer.
