Apple Cranberry Crisp
Ingredients

teaspooncinnamon, ground

cups, slicesapples, peeled, cored and thin sliced

cups, wholecranberries, fresh or frozen (partially thawed if frozen)

cupunsweetened apple juice
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a large bowl, stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add apple slices and cranberries. Pour juice over the top and gently toss. Spoon into an ungreased 8-inch round baking or casserole dish.
3Spread top mixture evenly over filling.
4Bake approximately 30 minutes or until topping is golden.

Steps
Sequence Step
1In a small mixing bowl, stir flour, oats, brown sugar, coconut and butter together with a fork.
2Drizzle milk over the top and stir to coat evenly.
