| 1 | preheat oven to 450.
Grease the bottoms only of the muffin cup in the muffin pan. | 2 | Beat milk, applesauce, oil, and egg in a large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in other ingredients until moist. (do not over mix) | 3 | Divide batter into muffin cups evenly. Should be filled about 2/3 full. | 4 | bake 18-20 min or until golden brown.
