1Cook garlic, onion and raw, cut chicken breats in olive oil until chicken is cooked.
2Add remaining ingredients and heat till boiling. Don''t drain the regular chili beans, but drain and rinse the great northern beans. Simmer, covered, for an additional 10 minutes and serve. Optional ingredients that can be added are mushrooms and jalepenos. Add additional chicken broth to thin if necessary. This is even better the 2nd day once the ingredients have had a chance to blend together. Freezes well.
