Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground turkey in pan.
2In a large pot combine browned turkey, beef broth, 2 tbl spooons hot chili powder,chicken broth, 2 chicken bullion cubes,4 ounce tomato sauce and bring to full simmer, reduce heat and let cook for two hours.
3add medium hot and regular chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tsb salt and remaining tomato sauce. allow to cook 30 min.
4add 3 tbl spoons mild chili powder,1/2 tbl spoon hot chili powder, cumin, cornstarch, 1 tsp salt, let cook 30 min adding cayenne, cumin ,salt to taste.
5optional: add 3 cans red beans drained and rinsed
