11. GRILL TWO HAMBURGER PATTIES. 2. SAUTE 1 OZ OF ONIONS AND LIGHTLY BROWN ONE SIDE OF TWO PIECES OF RYE BREAD. ONCE PATTIES ARE DONE, OVERLAP AND PLACE ONE SLICE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP OF EACH PATTIE. PLACE SAUTEED ONIONS ON TOP OF CHEESE. TOP WITH SECOND SLICE OF LIGHTLY BROWNED BREAD AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY. NOTE: SERVE ONE SANDWICH PER SERVING. HAMBURGER BUNS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR RYE BREAD, BUT DO NOT BROWN.
