cups, crushed, sliced, or chunkspineapple, canned, chunks, drained well

Steps
Sequence Step
1Place chicken, peas, pineapple and onion in resealable bag. For sauce, combine soy sauce, vinegar and cornstarch in bowl and whisk well. Add reserves and whisk well. Heat in microwave 1 to 2 minutes until thickened. Freeze chicken and vegetable mixture in a resealable bag with sauce attached in a separate resealable bag.
2When thawed combine sauce and chicken mixture in a skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.
