Steps

1Preheat oven to 350 and spray 2 8x4 loaf pans with non-stick spray.
2With a whisk, stir together dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Stir the wet into the dry until just combined. Fold in the nuts.
