large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

cup1 can Kidney beans, canned do not drain or rinse

tablespoonsChili Seasoning Mix, McCormick-1 package
Steps
Sequence Step
1chop and saute in water, broth or oil the veggies, and set aside when they are done. brown the meat and drain any fat. usually there is none since we use a lower fat turkey. add the veggies back in and keep cooking. add the tomatoes, beans, chili mix and 1.2 cup of water and stir well. bring to a boil and then turn to simmer covered for 20 min. remove lid and keep simmering until the desired consistancey. serve with whatever topping you like. add chili powder for more spiciness. this is not a spicy recipe as i feed it to my littlest kids and dad adds chili powder to it. enjoy!
