1POUR LIQUID INTO MIXER BOWL
2ADD BAKING MIX INTO MIXER BOWL. MIX USING PADDLE ATTACHMENT ON LOW SPEED UNTIL LIQUID IS INCORPORATED, ABOUT 15 SECONDS.
3MIX ON LOW SPEED FOR 15 SECONDS. DO NOT OVERMIX.
4PLACE DOUGH ON A GENEROUSLY FLOURED TABLE. DUST DOUGH WITH FLOUR AND FOLD IN HALF LENGTHWISE. DO NOT KNEAD. DIVIDE DOUGH IN HALF. ROLL OUT TO DESIRED THICKNESS.
5CUT DOUGH USING DESIRED CUTTER. PAN BISCUITS CLOSE TOGETHER ON A LIGHTLY GREASED OR SPRAYED SHEET PAN.
6BAKING: CONVECTION OVEN: TEMP = 400 F. BAKE FOR 9-11 MINUTES WITH LOW FAN. ROTATE PANS ONE-HALF TURN AFTER 4 MINUTES. BISCUITS ARE FULLY DONE WHEN LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOR AND BREAKS ALONG THE SIDES ARE DRY IN APPEARANCE.
