1REMOVE PUFF PASTRY (5X5 PIECES) FROM BOX AND THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE UNTIL EASILY BENDABLE (10-15 MINUTES)
2PUT 1 OUNCE OF FRUIT PIE FILLING IN MIDDLE OF 5X5 PIECE. FOLD CORNER TO CORNER TO FORM TRIANGLE. LIGHTLY PINCH EDGES CLOSED.
3BRUSH WITH 1/2 OUNCE EGG AND SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 OUNCE SUGAR.
4BAKE AT 325 F. IN CONVECTION OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
5NOTE: ANY FRUIT PIE FILLING MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR RASPBERY PIE FILLING.
