Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients
2In a small bowl whisk egg, oil/applesauce, milk and vanilla.
3Add egg mixture to dry ingredience and mix.
4Once mixed, add nuts and carrots
5Place in muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
