1Put warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let stand for 5 min. Whisk together remaining dry ingredients. Add half of dry mixure to wet mixture with egg and honey. Mix until well-blended. Add other half of dry. Roll dough into pretzels. Liberly brush pretzels with oil and cover with a damp cloth for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Five minutes before the pretzels are ready prepare soda bath (2/3 cup baking soda and 10 cups of water) Bring to a rolling boil. Submerge pretzels individually in the bath for 25 seconds, flipping at 15 seconds. Drain pretzels and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Brush pretzels with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
