| 1 | chop onion and saute for 10 mins in 1 teaspoon olive oil | 2 | mix together all ingredients except for BBQ sauce and shape into a long narrow loaf on a cookie sheet | 3 | spread BBQ sauce on the loaf and bake @ 350 for 35 minutes | 4 | remove from oven and let cool 10 mins | 5 | slice into 8 large or 16 small slices. makes * servings |
