cupBread crumbs, dry, plain

tablespoonsdried Italian seasoning

tablespoonsKetchup

tablespoonsKraft Barbecue sauce hickory smoke
2
teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1
cup, choppedOnion, chopped

teaspoonolive oil
Steps
Sequence Step
1chop onion and saute for 10 mins in 1 teaspoon olive oil
2mix together all ingredients except for BBQ sauce and shape into a long narrow loaf on a cookie sheet
3spread BBQ sauce on the loaf and bake @ 350 for 35 minutes
4remove from oven and let cool 10 mins
5slice into 8 large or 16 small slices. makes * servings
