2	sticks	Margarine, regular, stick
1	cup	white sugar
1	cup	egg whites
2	teaspoons	vanilla extract
3	cups	wheat flour, wholewheat
1	teaspoon	baking powder (1 Tablespoon)
0.5	teaspoons	salt
0.5	cups (8 fl oz)	Yogurt, plain, low fat

5	large	egg whites
1	cup	sugar, caster (130g)
1	dash	salt
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract
1	tablespoon	Shortening, vegetable - butter flavor

1	5 large egg whites, 1 cup plus 2 tablespoon of castor sugar, a pinch of salt, 454 gm unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gradually add the sugar, beating continuously for 3 minutes until fluffy. Add the vanilla and beat well. Add the cooled milk mixture and continue to beat on medium high for 5 mins, until very smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 15 mins.
