breasts, bone and skin removed4 oz. chicken breasts

largeegg white, lightly beaten

cupbread crumbs

tablespoonitalian seasoning
1/2
teaspoonolive oil
1/2
cupTomato products, canned, sauce
1/2
cups, shreddedlow-fat mozzarella, shredded
1
tablespoongrated parmesan
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. Coat 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
2Dip chicken in egg whites and turn to coat
3Mix bread crumbs with italian seasoning
4Dip Chicken in bread-crumb mixture, coat thoroughly
5Heat oil in large skillet
6Add chicken
7Cook until lightly browned and no longer pink in center (about 4 mins per side)
8Place on paper towels to drain
9Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into prepared baking dish
10Place chicken in dish and pour remaining sauce evenly over chicken
11Sprinkle with cheeses and bake until bubbly, about 25 mins
