11. Cook and cool bacon. 2. Each Wrap contains: 3 slices bacon, 1 tortilla, 3 oz lettuce, 1 oz tomatoes, 1 oz cheese 3. Put the ingredients in the tortilla and wrap it tightly, Place into Wax Paper. Cut wrap in half. (Serving size is two halves). 4. Put sour cream packet on salad bar for self service.
