1PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. POUR 1/2 AMOUNT OF WATER AND TOTAL AMOUNT OF MIX INTO MIXER BOWL. 2. MIX USING A PADDLE ATTACHMENT ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. STOP MIXER. SCRAPE BOWL AND PADDLE. 3. ADD REMAINING 1/2 AMOUNT OF WATER GRADUALLY WHILE MIXING ON LOW SPEED. STOP MIXER. SCRAPE BOWL AND PADDLE. 4. MIX BATTER ON LOW SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER MIX. BAKE FOR 27-30 MINUTES IN CONVECTION OVEN AT 300 F. OR UNTIL DONE. NOTE: ROTATE SHEET CAKES BAKED IN A CONVECTION OVEN ONE HALF TURN AFTER 7 MINUTES BAKING. CUT CAKE 6x10 FOOD COLORING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FROM THE FOOD SERVICE OFFICE. 5. FROST ONCE COOL
