Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Saute the onions, pepper and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
2Stire in the cumin and chili powder. When the vegetables are coated with spices, stire in the turkey and cook until almost done.
3Add the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Cook until the sauce is sligthtly thickened and the turkey is cooked through. 4-5 minutes
