1	pound	Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, raw

1/2	cup, chopped	Carrots

2	tablespoons	(1 beef bullion cube)
1/2	teaspoon	hot sauce
16	ounces	cheese sauce, school commodites USDA
