packages (12 oz)frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

cups0% milk

tablespoonsCornstarch

cups, shreddedshredded cheddar cheese

cupyogurt, Chobani lowfat

cup, choppedOnion, chopped

teaspoonsalt
1/2
teaspoonblack pepper

cupsBread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Coat 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray.
3Wisk milk and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to boil. Wisking until bubbling and thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.
4Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, yogurt, onion salth and pepper.
5Fold sauce into hashbrowns and gently combine. Spred evenly in prepared pan.
6Sprinkle the top of the casserole with corn flakes. Using short bursts, coat the corn flakes with cooking spray and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
7Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and browned. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
