cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli
Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind oats in food processor to about 1/2 cup. Blanch almonds and grind in food processors to about 1/3 cup.
2Preheat oven to 300. Line 9x13 pan completely with foil and spray with oil. Mix oats, almonds, wheat germ, cereal, dry milk, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Add in oil, honey, vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Press down with palm of hand to evenly distribute mixture into the corners. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
3Remove from oven and use the foil to help lift the giant bar out of the pan. Place on a flat surface and while still warm, cut into bars.
4Store in airtight container for up to a week or freeze in plastice bags.
