Recipe Description This is an easy, delicious chili recipe that can be whipped up quick and feed the whole family. Just add everything together and cook ~45 min. Garnish with cheese or sour cream if desired. Personally, I throw a little extra hot sauce on mine!

cans (16 fl oz)fire roasted Tomatoes canned, diced, Not drained

cupsKidney beans, dark red, canned (use two 16oz cans drained)

cupschili beans medium (use two 16 oz cans, not drained)

cupsChickpeas (use 2 cans) drained & rinsed
4
cupsblack beans, no salt, (two cans drained and rinsed)

clovesgarlic minced

tablespoonschili powder - to taste

tablespooncinnamon, ground

tablespooncayenne pepper, more or less to taste

tablespooncumin, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop green peppers into medium chucks.
2Drain corn, kidney beans, garbanzo beans (Chickpeas), and black beans. Add to peppers in large pot.
3Add chili beans and canned tomatoes undrained.
4Add minced garlic, chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne powder, and cumin.
5Bring to a boil then let simmer for about 45 min.
