| 1 | Pulse first 6 ingredients in food processor. | 2 | Melt coconut oil over low heat. | 3 | Stir vanilla and syrup into coconut oil. Add to food processor and pulse. | 4 | Press into 8 x 8 pan and refrigerate. | 5 | Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Spread over top of bars. Cut when cool. |
