| 1 | Preheat oven to 400. Line 12 muffin cups. Lightly spray liners with cooking spray. | 2 | Sift together flower, baking powder and salt. Set aside. | 3 | Beat margarine until creamy. Gradually add sugar and honey, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until bended. Stir in vanilla. Alternately add flour mix and milk, beginning and ending with flour mix. Beat at low speed until blended after each addition. fold in berries. | 4 | Spoon batter evenly into paper-lined cups. Bake 20-22 minues or until golden. | 5 | Remove from pan and cool immediately. |
