cansmushrooms sliced, 4 oz canned, drained

cupall-purpose flour

cupsmilk, 1% with added vitamin A

teaspoonnutmeg

teaspoonwhite pepper

largeeggs, whisked

ounceCheese, parmesan, grated

ouncesPasta Noodles (Thin Spaghetti or Linguini)

slices (3/4 oz)american cheese, sliced
Steps
Sequence Step
1in suace pan, heat til hot and simmer 10 minutes. chicken, mushrooms, butter and wine
2melt butter add flour and make a roux
3add milk warm on medium until starts to thicken, stir in white pepper, nutmeg, egg,and parmesan cheese.
5assemble casserole in 9x13 glass baking dish first layer 1/2 spaghetti 2nd layer 1/2 white sauce 3rd layer 1/2 chicken spinkle with parmesan cheese repeat layers
6over with foil bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncover place 4 slices of american cheese on top and contiue to bake until cheese melts and browns.
