Recipe Description These muffins are great for breakfast, or for snacking. My kids love these because they are sweet and moist, I love them because of the nutritional value!

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)mashed bananas

medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)apples, peeled and shredded
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Mix together, in large bowl, wheat bran, oat bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt, set aside.
3In large mixing bowl, combine flaxseed meal, applesauce and brown sugar, beat together. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, mix well, then add bananas, and apples.
4Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well.
5Distribute mixture into greased muffin pans. Bake at 350, for 15-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
