| 1 | Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine banana, oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla separately; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Coat a 9 x 5 inch loafpan with crisco. Spoon batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
