tablespoonsFat Free Greek Yogurt

teaspoonsbutter buds

teaspoonsgarlic powder

cupchicken broth, low sodium, and fat free
Steps

1cut up cauliflower into pieces, microwave with the broth for about 5 mintues covered, stir, add greek yogurt and seasons and cook for another 4 min until tender. blend/or put in a food processor till smooth, add more seasonsing to taste (black pepper too) add 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheese (chedder or swiss).
