| 1 | Cut chicken into strips or quarter the breasts. Cook chicken in oil; 2 min per side and place in square baking dish. Saute onions and 1 clove of garlic until tender. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook 5 more minutes adding cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. |
