cup, choppedgreen pepper chopped

poundslean ground beef

cupslentils, uncooked

cupsBlack-eyed peas, dried

cans (28 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

Steps
Sequence Step
1brown burger, I use deer burger because it is lean.
2chop all raw ingredients to small diced size
3add all ingredients to a large stew pot.
4simmer for 60 minutes. stir often.
5add water if it thickens.
6season to taste
7cool and eat!
