| 1 | Preheat oven to 350. Combine the sugars, applesauce, and vegan butter in mixer until creamed (about 5 minutes). Purée the tofu and vanilla until smooth and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl and then stir in chocolate chips. Drop in balls on baking sheets. Bake for about 15-25 minutes. |
