Sequence Step
1Dissolve yeast in warm water and add honey, oil, salt and oats to liquid. Let sit for 10 minutes. Mix in all the flours except hold back on white flour to make sure dough does not get too stiff. You might need less for more of the white flour. When dough is stiff enough to handle turn onto floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or use bread hook to knead. Place in greased bowl, let rise until double, punch down and let rise again until double. Divide dough into two parts and shape into loaves. Place into greased bread pans and let rise again until double or about 1/2 inch above rim of bread pan. Bake at 350'' for 30-40 minutes. Drop loaves onto rack and cool.
