| 1 | Brown beef in dutch oven. | 2 | Remove beef and saute celery and onion, when almost sauteed add garlic. | 3 | Add beef back into dutch oven and add beef broth. | 4 | Peel and dice potatoes and carrot. Add both to pot. Add frozen corn, frozen peas and creamed corn to pot. | 5 | Simmer on med-low for 4 hours. |
