| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive-flavored cooking spray. | 2 | In a large skillet, brown meat. | 3 | Add mushrooms, green pepper, and onion. Mix well to combine. | 4 | Stir in tomato sauce and remove skillet from heat. | 5 | Separate biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Gently stir biscuit pieces into meat mixture. | 6 | Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. | 7 | Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. continue baking until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. | 8 | Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes.
