1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind 1/3 cup of the oatmeal into flour (I use a coffee bean grinder). Add together all dry ingredients. |
2 | Mix together all wet ingredients, including peanut butter an molasses. |
3 | Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. |
4 | Press into a square or rectangle on a lined cookies sheet, and score into bars with a knife. Alternatively you can press this into an 8x8 pan, scoring as above. |
5 | Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. |
6 | Remove from oven and cool on a rack. |
7 | These freeze well, and are teriffic for morning breakfast bars. |
