cupNatural Peanut Butter

cupsunflower seed kernels, toasted

cup whole kernelsalmonds sliced

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind 1/3 cup of the oatmeal into flour (I use a coffee bean grinder). Add together all dry ingredients.
2Mix together all wet ingredients, including peanut butter an molasses.
3Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
4Press into a square or rectangle on a lined cookies sheet, and score into bars with a knife. Alternatively you can press this into an 8x8 pan, scoring as above.
5Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
6Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
7These freeze well, and are teriffic for morning breakfast bars.
