large (8" to 8-7/8" long)bananas

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combina all dry ingredients. Mash bananas. Add mashed bananas and all wet ingredients. Mix. Fold in chopped walnuts. Scoop batter into mini muffin pans. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

5Mix well.
6Fold in chopped walnuts.
7Scoop batter into mini muffin pans. Fill to brim.
8Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
9Cool on wire rack.
