Steps
Sequence Step
1Add butter and oil to large pan over medium/high heat.
2Sautee garlic and onion until translucent (about 5-6 min).
3Tenderize meat (Veal cutlet/scallopini or sinless chick breast strips) and lightly coat in flour. Sautee in pan with onions and garlic until browned on each side (if using veal, remove the oinion and garlic and put to side so entire veal cutlet touches pan and cooks evenly) (about 2-3 min for veal, 5-6 for chicken).
4Remove meat and place on side. Add mushrooms to pan and sautee until soft.
5Add onion mixture and meat back into pan. Add Marsala (sweet) wine and lemon to pan. Make sure to scrape the bottom of pan with wooden spoon to pick up all crusted flour and mix all ingredients well. Lower heat and simmer for 20min.
6add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta or mashed potatos. Yum!
