| 1 | Rinse and core 10 fresh strawberries. Add to a cuisinart and puree. | 2 | Add lemon juice to strawberry puree. | 3 | In a bowl, mix gelatine with 1/8 c. of strawberry puree and agave nectar. | 4 | In a saucepan, gently warm 1/3 c. of strawberry puree and add to cold puree mixure. Stir until well blended and add evenly to solo cups. | 5 | Place on a plate or sheetpan and chill in refrigerator for one hour. |
