Steps
Sequence Step
1Rinse and core strawberries. Add to food proceessor and blend until smooth.
2Add 1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice and blend again.
3In a small bowl combine 1/8th cup strawberry puree with gelatin and mix until smooth.
4In a small sauce pan, gently warm 1/3rd cup strawberry puree. Add to cold mixture along with 3/4 tsp. of agave nectar. Mix until smooth.
5Pour mixture evenly into 4 individual containers and place in the refrigerator for 90 minutes to set.
6When Strawberry in set, peel and blend kiwi fruit in the food processor.
7Add 1 1/4 tsp lemon juice to kiwi and blend again.
8In a small bowl blend to0gether gelatin and 1/8 th cup of kiwi frui9t puree.
9In a small sauce pan, gently warm 1/3 cup kiwi fruit mixture.
10Pour warm mixture into cold mixture and blend well. Do not add any additional sweetener.
11Pour kiwi mixture evenly over the set strawberry to give a layered effect.
12Chill another 90 minutes anmd serve.
