| 1 | Saute onions and peppers until soft in oil. | 2 | Mix ground beef, sauted onions and peppers, beaten egg, evaporated milk and a third of the tomato sauce. | 3 | Crush crackers and add to meat mixture. | 4 | Spray a cast iron skillet with pam. Form meat mixture into two loaves and pour remainder of tomato sauce over the loaves. | 5 | Add a small amount of water to the skillet and bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
