| 1 | Pour milk over bread crumbs; let stand for 5-6 minutes. Mix in beef, eggs, garlic, 1 tsp. salt and pepper; shape into loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. | 2 | In a medium sauce pan, saute onion in butter until limp; stir in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugars, catsup, water and remaining salt. Simmer for 30-40 munites. When meat loaf is done slice and arrange on a platter; pour sauce over top and serve. |
