bunchKale, stalks removed and discarded

clovesgarlic, chopped

cupVegetable stock

cup, slicedred bell peppers strips
Steps
Sequence Step
1slice the sausage in thin rounds
2heat the olive oil in large skillet over med-high
3cook sausage with onions, peppers and garlic, until the sausage is done and the onions are tender
4add kale, season with salt toss to slightly wilt the greens
5add the vegetable stock, cover and cook @ 3min
6add the beans, stir and cover, cook @ 5 minutes or until the kale has freached your preferred texture
